REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING

Remote Training sessions are an exciting way for me to work with clients anywhere in the world, in real time.

Sessions are scheduled, trainer accountable, and all done live via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype.

You can get your workouts done from the comfort of your home, office, park or hotel room, and from anywhere in the world. You get all the motivation, accountability and cueing in real time.

Remote sessions are 30-40 minutes and just like all training, are customized for you.

Remote Personal Training is perfect for:

  • Frequent travelers – Are you constantly traveling for work, convinced you don’t have time to start a fitness routine? With remote training, you can work out with me anywhere in the world. If you have reliable internet, you have access to effective, personalized training.

  • Business people –Fortunately, remote training program can accommodate a busy schedule. Working long hours often comes with the life of a corporate business tycoon. But, scheduling a 30–40-minute Remote session means you can stay on top of your HEALTH and your business.

  • Stay-at-home parents – As a parent myself, I know sometimes you don’t have time to think, let alone start a fitness program at the gym? Let me remove the thinking component and the travel restraints, and pace you through a session online. If you need to step away to help your child, you’re only a step back to the screen to resume.

  • Fitness beginners – If you’re just beginning your health journey, the process can seem intimidating. However, you’re not doing this by yourself. From the comfort of your home, you can learn to exercise, understand movement, and get great results. I will “meet you where you are” and make sure your progressing step by step.

  • Fitness Fanatics – For those who’ve worked out with a personal trainer before, been a regular at a gym or classes, you can benefit from taking your previous fitness experience and put that to work in a new and convenient way. We all need a coach from time to time and you’re never too experienced to learn something new in fitness, about yourself, and your goals are likely to change over time.
