I bring the gym to you. Your workout begins by answering your door.

Your Personal Blueprint and Customized Fitness Programs

We start the process with a complimentary fitness consultation, where I assess your goals, baseline, and lifestyle. This is the blueprint that is used to design a personalized fitness program that works for you.

I want to make sure its a good fit, so you get a full training experience in order for you to make an informed decision.

I bring the gym to you. You do not need any equipment. If you have any, we’ll certainly use and incorporate it as needed.

 

The In-Home (or virtual) Complimentary Consultation - (40-50 mins)

During the consultation, we go over your medical, lifestyle and fitness info. We discuss any limitations, past injuries and medical concerns - because first, DO NO HARM.

I’m here to help you reach your goals, so, we get very clear on them, and your expectations for training and results.

Next, we do a movement assessment which evaluates mobility and flexibility, posture and balance, as well as strength, stability and overall coordination. This assessment is important for keeping you safe, finding a solid starting point, and progressing your program.

To finish, and depending on our findings of the movement evaluation, we move into a light instructional workout. This will include exercises you will likely see in your week to week training. And, depending on your goals and baseline, we might even break out the battle ropes or TRX and challenge your coordination and conditioning.

The consultation will give you lots of insight as to the coaching, training style and help you to decide if training is right for you. There is no hard sell, and no pressure - it needs to be a good fit.
