When you sign up, you get instant access.

Download the app, login, connect your wearable device (Apple Watch, Fitbit etc.) and MyFitnessPal. Next, upload your starting measurements (weight, circumferences etc.) and upload a picture. You’ll be sent a welcome packet and a few supporting documents. Finally, we schedule a brief call, and I get to work building your custom programs. You’re just a couple of clicks away.

While the primary goal of your App is to access and log your customized workouts and nutrition, it also doubles as a Learning Center.

In the Coaching Section, you’ll find the “LEARN” tab. Here you’ll be able to watch videos on topics such as fat loss, building strength as well as videos on motivation and mindset.

In addition, you’ll find On-Demand programs and workouts. You may opt for an 18 week Fat Loss Program, where the goal of training is maintaining and improving strength, understanding that building muscle while in a calorie deficit (required for fat loss) won’t happen (outside of a couple if scenarios). There are over 15 on-demand programs available.

I’ll help you calculate your calorie and macronutrient requirements so you can seamless log and journal within the app using the food journal, or integrate MyFitnessPal. You’ll have a calorie goal for the day based on your specific goals and needs. Within the Coaching section, you’ll find delicious recipes, as well as useful resources like shopping lists, smoothie ideas and On-the-go options.
